Yes. OutboX is 100% fully sponsored by Kabzeel Group. There are no tuition fees or hidden charges. However, commitment and performance are expected in return for this investment in your growth.
Not at all. OutboX is open to both beginners and intermediate learners. What matters most is your willingness to learn, grow, and show up consistently. You’ll be guided every step of the way.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the training and internship phases — including attendance, project submissions, and participation — you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion from the Kabzeel Group.
Very competitive. Due to full sponsorship, applications are carefully reviewed and only the most committed and community-aligned applicants are selected. Strong motivation, readiness to learn, and community engagement are key.
Yes. However, access to the LMS and learning materials is granted only for one month after the 3-months active training period. Participants are encouraged to engage actively, take notes, and complete all assigned tasks during the access window.
Attendance is a major part of your eligibility for certification and internship placement. Missing too many sessions may result in disqualification from receiving a certificate or participating in the internship. Participants are expected to maintain at least 70% live session attendance.
Yes. All participants will take part in real project-based tasks within the Kabzeel ecosystem. The top 2 participants in each track will also engage in a 6-month extended mentorship and internship with even deeper project involvement.
Top performers are selected based on:
- Consistency and attendance
- Assignment quality and project delivery
- Peer and facilitator feedback
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative
No. Once you are assigned a track and begin the program, you cannot switch tracks. Please select your preferred track carefully during the application process.
Absolutely. You’ll receive mentorship during the training and internship phases. The top 2 in each track will also be enrolled in a 6-month personalized mentorship program with Kabzeel professionals.
We strongly encourage participants to communicate early if they’re facing challenges. The support team is here to help, but falling too far behind without accountability may lead to withdrawal from the program.
